Standards I to V

 

Promotions are based on the cumulative performance throughout the academic year. Day to day progress and continuous evaluation tools are used to assess the performance of students. These include – practice and evaluation worksheets; projects, oral evaluation and group work.

 

Standards VI to IX & XI

 

Apart from ongoing class – based evaluation, these Standards will undergo 2 terminal examinations scheduled in the months of September and January of the academic year. Annual Examinations are held in April. All promotions are based on the cumulative performance and in accordance with Gujarat State Board norms.

 

Note : Internals include – Viva, surprise tests, announced tests and project work.

 

Term 1 : 50 Term 2 : 50 Term 3 : 80 + 20

 

Standards X & XII

 

These classes will undergo one Terminal examination in the month of September, followed by three Pre-Board examinations, of 100 marks each, to be held in December, January & February.

 

To be eligible for appearing in the Board examinations, the Gujarat State Board norms demand a minimum of 80% attendance from June till the preparation leave period.
